Terms of Service for This Website and On-Site Tree Work
Agreement
By using this website or engaging Arbfirm for on-site services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or book services.
Quotes and scope
Written quotes describe the agreed scope of work, access assumptions, and inclusions. Changes to scope, site conditions, or delays caused by third parties (including weather or utility isolations) may require a revised quote.
Site access and safety
You agree to provide safe access to the work area and to disclose known hazards (dogs, electrical, unstable ground, neighbouring disputes). We may stop work if the site becomes unsafe until risks are controlled.
Power and utilities
Work near electrical assets may require isolation or authorised contractors. You are responsible for arranging network access where it sits outside our contracted scope.
Payments
Payment terms are stated on your quote or invoice. Late payment may incur fees or suspension of further works as permitted by law.
Liability
We carry insurance appropriate to arboriculture. To the extent permitted by Australian consumer law, liability is limited to the value of the services provided for that job unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Website content
Information on this website is general in nature. It is not a substitute for an on-site assessment. We aim to keep content accurate but do not warrant that the site is error-free or continuously available.
Links
Links to third-party sites are for convenience only. We are not responsible for external content or policies.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Courts in Western Australia have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
